Annual State of Ohio Financial Audits
Every year, a financial audit of MSD is conducted for the State of Ohio. This audit is conducted by a third-party firm or the State Auditor's office.
For the 7th year in a row, MSD has earned an unmodified or "clean" opinion. This is the highest opinion an entity can receive from the auditor's office and means that MSD has fairly represented its financial position in accordance wtih general accounting principles.
