This project will evaluate alternatives for replacement or elimination of the Bold Face Pump Station in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Sedamsville, including nearby high risk sewer segments, force main, and gates that control flow.
The Bold Face Pump Station is an aging facility with numerous operation, maintenance, and performance issues. Concepts under consideration include an alternative that would design and construct over 15,000 feet of sewer pipe, ranging up to 60 inches diameter. The project will require close coordination with outside agencies including Cincinnati Parks Department, Ohio Department of Transportation, Cincinnati Department of Transportation, Greater Cincinnati Water Works, and Cincinnati’s Stormwater Management Utility.
