OVERVIEW

Every year, typically in November or December, MSD issues a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) book that identifies the infrastructure projects expected to undergo planning, design, or construction during the upcoming year. The book also provides a forecast for the following four years.

 

Although the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners approves MSD's overall CIP budget for the upcoming year, each individual project in the CIP book must come before the Board for approval prior to the start of design or construction.
