The following hearings or notices concern MSD or MSD projects requiring approval from the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC). These notices are posted as part of the approval process.
Public Hearings for MSD's Proposed 2025 Budgets and Sewer Rates
The BoCC will conduct public hearings to consider MSD's proposed 2025 Operating Budget, proposed 2025 Capital Budget and 2025 – 2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and revised sewer rates:
- 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2024
- 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024
The hearings will be held in person in Room 603 in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio, Todd B. Portune Center for County Government, 138 E. Public Hearing on Kenwood Hills Local Sewer
- The BoCC will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Kenwood Hills Local Sewer (S.S. No. 5933, Project ID 10370025) on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Madeira City Hall, 7141 Miami Avenue (45243).
- This proposed improvement will bring public sewer service to 160 properties and includes the construction of about 9,500 feet of 8-inch-diameter gravity sanitary sewer, 3,300 feet of 2-inch-diameter low pressure force main, 127 6-inch-diameter lateral sewers, and 33 1.5-inch-diameter lateral sewers. The improvement will be located along Coachlite Way, Margo Lane, Oakvista Drive, Mapleridge Drive, Kenwood Hills Drive, Maplespur Lane, and Vistaridge Lane and traverse 5795 Carmargo Road in the City of Madeira.
- Comments can be made about the project in person, virtually, electronically, or in writing. Written comments must be submitted within five calendar days of the hearing to the Clerk of the Board, Todd B. Portune Center for County Government, 138 E. Court Street, Room 603, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
