OVERVIEW

Over the next 10 years, MSD anticipates undertaking more than $1 billion dollars in capital improvements, including planning, designing and/or constructing a number of major, multi-million dollar sewer infrastructure and wastewater treatment plant projects. Project examples include a 700 MGD pump station, multiple high-rate treatment facilities, new interceptor sewers, and a new dewatering building.

 

MSD will be advertising solicitations seeking contractors, design-builders, and engineering firms with a high-level of engineering and construction expertise to collaboratively bring these projects to completion.

 

Upcoming solicitations are anticipated to include services such as planning, detailed design, construction, owner's advisor services, and construction management support.
